    2022 AR (page 55): The Directors are confident EWC will securethe required levels of funding at the appropriate times in order for EWC(including EEES) to pay its debts as and when they fall due on the basis thatthe Company is actively

    seeking toraise new capital, presently negotiating alternative arrangements with the EEESFacility lenders and that a letter offinancial support has been received from EWI (my emphasis).
