    Once ASXhas made a decision that EWC does not comply with the relevant AX listing rules(see eg. 17.12, 1.2.1 and 1.2.2) the market will be informed. Until such time, I assume that ASX is in discussion with EWC eg. re: resolving “technical” default as well as not being a going concern. Progress updates from EWC on these and other critical and significant developments (eg. possible Landbank loan) would, at the very least, keep shareholders appraised of EWC’s situation.
