There's certainly not much discussion or progress to get excited about at the moment. Every year is touted as the 'new dawn' for the company and every year same old delays and same promise of 'material cashflow' coming soon.
It appears to me there is no agreed off take in place for Sengkang, no Sengkang export facilities without financing from Standard Chartered (who have walked away), no update on Philippines power stations and import terminal, and again if this can be completed without SC financing. I'd love to be proved wrong mind you!
Overall an incredibly frustrating scenario and the interim will show some photos and talk of 4Q 2016 completion and material cash flow events etc etc, but until offtake and financing locked in place we are in for a very underwhelming year ......
