    According to Petromindo.com yesterday "Sengkang LNG Plant to be on-stream in Q4: SKK Migas"

    Lets hope this is 100% correct as along with the approval next week for the interconnection line at Pagbilao, the SP should move upwards.

    Also, it "could" mean that they are now in the final negotiation stage for an extension of the PSC there and that PLN are about to sign off on additional power agreements.
