    Is anyone aware that only $64m debt exists on Senkang but that $85m is held in a trust account for the expansion. Given that the expansion will cost about $40m there will be only about $20m of debt then on a asset which will generate $30mpa of cash. After the expansion Sengkang will be debt free in under a year. That will be a very valuable asset which I'm sure they will be able to refinance substantially feeding cash back to EWC.
    EWC should look very good in a years time given that the expansion starts soon.
