    I hope the truths this John Phipps uncovers are not too shocking but more importantly has a better idea of how to get out of the mess..Im told by
    informed sources in the Philippines that the wheels started to fall off around 2011 and SE not being a flexible thinker had no idea what to do and still has no idea today...Holding an incompetent person to account does not fix the problem.
