Great post and it is wonderful to have a banker in this thread.
How many of these items would require agreements from RFG, and how many are likely to be automatically invoked provisions that are already in the loan document?
My point was that any onerous new provisions that require RFG's agreement could simply be refused - by an aggressive management - and I do not think the bankers have a good recourse. As long as RFG management shows an intent to recover and restore future cash flows, the bankers would probably - reluctantly - ride it out.
