    No leadership issue. Alon owns a large number of shares in SPT and purchased more for himself and his parents under the SPP. Alon is not suited to strategic projects growth & would prefer to focus on startups while owning a significant chunk of SPT. Splitit will replace him with a stronger candidate more suited to growing a company. Splitit has made a number of new hires over the past few weeks.
