So why don't they expose or why are they not obligated to be transparent and publish exactly what it is.
We are owners of the company and are entitled to know.
It's just poor communication the way it has been written (clearly so given the commentary here and the confusion).

They will be aware of the confusion so it's pathetic they are not providing clarity. (Standard practice)
