I don't think it is valid to assume a PE multiple of 12 for the SP as the earnings for this project have a finite life.
Why not simply take the NPV of the project for each of the assumed cases (U price and WACC), divide by no. shares & derisk.
I haven't followed BMN for a long time. What other projecs are on the books?
