Jophda with regards to OPEC targets, it's big big money at stake, these guys have professors who are mathematicians, economists, communication specialists and psychologists on staff... they say one thing ($60) and draw a line slightly differently (50-55).
I listened to the call again today and felt compelled to buy more at 5.2c after the oil price spike last night, and expecting positive news from lightning reserves and then possibly debt funding facility later this month.
Separately, the rest of the Hillcorp drills look promising, Tarpon in particular.
