I personally dont see $1.30 as much of a significant level.
I did see $1.40 as a target based on the candlestick chart pic below. While the HANDLES do touch $1.30 on the two occasions, the real resistance can be seen at $1.40, where the body of the candles kept stopping.
However you generally find that a stock finds natural resistance in multiples of 10's or large round numbers. These generally are surficial & dont have real strength. Hence the tails stopping on $1.30 intraday on those occasions. having said that, any further bounces off $1.30 could see this level become the bigger target of the two.
At the moment is is a bit subjective I suppose, so time will tell ... but certainly the stock will get drawn back to the $1.30 - $1.40 level IMO.
