I would presume that there must be some standard that you have to meet to request a halt. So I would presume it meets that criteria - which in my book means major.

I am glad they inserted the words upgrade into the notice always nice to have grin on your face instead of a frown whilst waiting for a result. If it wasn't an improvement I would presumer it would be an update and not an upgrade.

Here's hoping it has been worth waiting for.

WB I am going to have another cold one this evening just because I feel good about this for once. That doesn't mean I am happy with management just glad that the wait is finally over.
