I can smell an Rights Based CR with Free Options("PENOB")
It will help company tremendously when all Option Holders will rush to convert Options into Shares.
More than 30 Million Will Flow into Company Coffers.
At the same time "PENOB" will be a Free Option or 1 Cent Option Attached to new Issued Capital.
7.5 cents is thresh hold
