Actually Sircorp, your post makes some sense if the Company was desperate to screw funds from share holders, but Gus has already ruled out any dilutionary CR.
In fact I see a consolidation not too far off. Probably with a USA or TSX listing.
FYI The last options were peno, and expired. From memory I think the excercise price was a bit optimistic 12c comes to mind.
There will be no penob options... google penob you will see why they went direct to peno"c"
