They'll want to hype it and keep it up to distribute at around 40c probably and try and form a new base of shareholders who got in at that level. They'll let it ride for a while and perhaps push it again once they have distributed at certain levels. Then if no solid news arrives it will drift lower. Been the same case on a lot of these IPO's and RTO's. They have potential all of them but rarely do they live up to the hype in the long term. I actually thought RBO was a lot better fundamentally then a lo of them but only managed 40% yesterday. It depends on how well you can tell a story and what the people you have on board can do with the SP.
