that was my reading too. We hope for the best but I have some trust issues with them at the moment. I think shareholders want certainty of funding and time is running out. once we get to November things slow down, and December - mid Jan everything is shut, so we need a progress update on that revenue asap. With these guys no news has turned out to be bad news, so they really have to sharpen their communication
