that was a really good question. Stumped me for a second.
As an investor, i’ve never actually been a part of one, actually gone through it, i kind of want to just see the process close up.
but for Sensera specifically, i see it more as a “Turn Around”, rather than take over, based on these guys’ history. I want to see first hand what they’ve done elsewhere, taking something from the bottom and taking it to the top. I see a take over in this case, that at that time Sensera will be a huge store of value (whether a take over happens or not) but when it’s ready to be of huge value to another company and can offer a lot, that’s when this company will be worth something much more than it is now to it’s shareholders.
so i guess it’s more what it represents for me rather than the act itself.
