I recall @uiux advising off taking up a position in SE1 DB and - given the outstanding research undertaken by him / her - would be interested in any opinion formed on SE1 as a result

Personally , I’m still a reluctant holder as I see nothing to enthuse at present. The capital freed up from reducing the exposure has provided rewards elsewhere and the much smaller position is not burdened by so much frustration.
