Debt financing expected after Q4 results!?

They Debt Financed Q3 - look at Section 3 of the quarterly.

Debtor Facility, Promissory Note, CR and they are prepared to operate as low as $500K.

Will believe it when I see it. Not prudent to run that low. They raised March quarter when cash was $400K at end of December 18 and they are saying now i won't happen again.

I understand now why Strike price of options was so low and expiry was 2023 that will get voted on tomorrow.
