From around 24-25min. Ralph fumbles it and mentions that one of the customers had already applied to the FDA for an EUA using one of Sensera's sensors but for a different application.

Obviously it wasn't EUA but it was an assessment for breakthrough technology status which the FDA granted to Biodirection (NanoDX).

EUA's are only applicable for emergencies, such as SARS, Covid-19, Zika, etc.

TBI application is not in manufacturing status. It was supposed to be submitted for full FDA approval this year. Not sure of the status because they switched priorities to Covid-19 deployment.
