If NanoDX is the product, I'm not too concerned about the lack of "big name" branding. SKK are very established and have the financial resources and know-how to drive strong sales (let alone because the product is unique).
Ultimately, Sensera will operate under an NDA and cannot disclose the name without permission, which may or may not come. With Abiomed, they received approval to disclose their name.
