Personally wonder why you would bother with a discount rate when calculating the NPV of a gold stock.
Both costs and the value of the gold will rise and fall in line with inflation one would think.
Really thats the point of a gold investment is'nt it, to protect purchasing power through time, if you need to discount the earnings cause they will loose value through time the investment has failed fundamentally.
