    Anyone see the obvious other application as a spin-off, with very little adjustment?

    Australia's wine producers, who similarly measure sugar content of grapes (Brix) for optimum harvest timing, will surely be of interest here. Wine and sugar cane are huge markets for the Australian economy.
    PSY is maturung like a good wine.
