The options are priced correctly by the market! You guys don't seem to get what a time premium in options trading means
Silly comment. Whether the options are priced correctly in relation to the fpo depends on your timeframe and confidence of success and risk profile. For me oppies at .6c and fpo at .9c, it's fpo all the way if I were to buy.
Say 9c to make the maths easier - then from 0.5c to 9c is 18 fold - FPO's from 1c to 10c is 10 fold.
Sure, and if the company has another consolidation or significant share issue (issue likely as they are burning almost 1mill a quarter), heads might still be 1c in 2.5 years time (no loss) and the oppies absolutely worthless (100% loss). There's your risk/reward. Roll the dice.
