All said and done yes options are risky same risk as the heads except with a time deadline attached. And I for one assume all responsebility for any shares or options I purchase based on my own research and decisions, once that decision has been made and the shares or options bought then the sucess or failure of the SP is based on company activity now weather that is good or bad that's not the point. The point being we as shareholders have a right to know either way what is happening especially if it's something major like reaching the total dept at which the hope to fine the target or delays in reaching the target.

As per there own charter the are required to keep shareholders informed at all times. That Is the point.
