pheonix, its wrong that they can excise the options straight away and that they are for no consideration, so shareholders get diluted and the company makes no money from them. it stinks, and whats the bet after everyone gets the free options we start to see things happen with deals, news and an increasing SP,not before, after.
And the existing options become useless thanks to these brainiacs. shareholders just keep getting royally shafted, year after year.
