Please note in regards to the current ENTITLEMENT OFFER of 9 new shares for each 1 held, I believe the previous ENTITLEMENT OFFER OF 1 NEW SHARE FOR EACH 1 HELD FOR $0.04 EACH, was a mistake by the Company, I feel I was misled to take up my entitlement of 50,000 new shares at a cost of $2,000.00.
I sincerely believe I’m entitled to a refund for the $2,000.00.
How can I invest another $9,000.00 into PLV when I believe that the Company has probably been either misleading or Incompetent?
The only way I can take my latest Entitlement of 900,000 new shares for the miserable price of $0.01 is if the $2,000.00 will be used toward my $9,000.00.
I firmly believe once it became apparent for the miscalculation of the finances, the previous CR should have been retracted.

Attached is a copy of my new shares of the last CR.
