We now know who has been accumulating some of the TKG. Sentient Global Resource is an international investment group with funds of some US$500M, used for investments in the development of quality metal, mineral and energy assets across the globe. They have taken 5.9% and my guess is they are still buying. They are certainly keeping a cap on it, hopefully when they finish we will see some positive movement.
