Thanks tweaty my faith is now nearly restored.
Im just not seeing the Phillip Wood value. Apart from the occasional hand shake he doesn't appear to do very much for 300K + pa.
I would like a new MD...someone like BAU's Dan Tenardi or ROG's Rohan Gillispe. Both have worked in senior management positions within majors and both have proven history of getting the job done. In fact both have signed some amazing deals in 2009 to position their companies for growth. Both are on a similar pay to Phillip Wood!
Someone in a senior management position within SIM's metal or the like would be ideal...and add an instant 2 cents to the SP I imagine...
