"I havent seen any INL Directors buying INL at these bargain basement prices...what gives"?
Blockouts prevent them from buying at certain times when news or company negotiations are happening and as the GBG project is in the middle of such and possibly others they will not be able to i would say.
There are numerous references to this on a few threads on the Intec QA Forum.
