Most of those share sales were directly to SI's as Placements with the Holders left out of the trade. The old Board kept doing it right up to the first 249D. Fortunately the SI's mostly flogged them 0ff ASAP for small gain. There are hardly any SI's left in now. That was pretty much how the board stayed alive and while the were doing it the the Qty of shares in EGO went in to a billions size mountain we have to climb over now. I'm sure the new crew are way above that.
