I'm not entirely sure but I don't believe EGO has ever had a RI but has had many CRs since it listed.
With regards to the 2 legal issues presently under way. Only the one against Allied is significant as it affects 3 permits. The 3 cases against the past directors is very much a side issue and has no significance for EGO apart from getting back $441K back.
