Clearly not to do with shorting. Not much of that going on. DSK did say they were still on for positive EBIT (although considerably less than last year) back in May. It is a very well run company with healthy margins.
I presume the market is pricing in the possibility that DSK misses its sales and EBIT expectations announced in the trading update.
The Annual Report is next week. If it isn't awful and DSK meets its expectations then there may be a bounce in the share price. Who knows?
