It's an agreement for a feasibility of the logistics, but not a deal for rolling out across the US (As MHM said in the announcements, they don't necessarily need a deal). These things don't happen overnight, but require extensive planning. We know the technology is proven, the industry problem is huge and management are proving to be very capable. Can't ask for much more really.
