Sounds like you are savvy enough to do ok. More time and work needs flow under the bridge for AVB, make sure you keep some core locked away, I have seen stories like AVB go ballistic without a shred of warning and been left scratching my head as to how I missed it. Well we shall see, I don't part with my money Willy Nilly and rarely pick a dud but I do work on a little longer term.
