I'm perplexed as to why there is an expectation that WNI is going to 'shoot-up' if/when it secures BRM.

Why? It has shown zero capacity to develop this project and promised to add all sorts of value after it secured control last year. All they have achieved is an increase in the cash burn rate and turnover of staff.

The project has not progressed for two years.
