I see that SEC stated it exited its entire holding of SRX... prior to the announcement today of a cash offer of $33.0 I wonder how much they left on the table. I also note that there is not much mention of ISD and that the after tax NTA hasnt really changed. They mention a couple of minor holdings that had significant upward movements. Pity it wasnt the major ones. Still, early days for an LIC, but with an (only) 4.8% gain since inception, one would hope that they get a wriggle on in the latter part of the reporting year !
