Dont forget it was a float in Nov 17 with no history of SEC (although a good history of producing the goods from Spheria).
If you look at the Dec report on their website, you will see that their 2 biggest holdings of Sirtex and AWE are subject to takeover offers and are likely to be taken over. I would estimate that with SRX they have more than doubled their money in 3 short months..... not bad. AWE and SRX comprised 10% of the fund... so although the share price hasnt moved much, that isnt an indication of whats happening below the waterline.
Cut them some slack... as an LIC, the share price was never going through the roof...... they are talented managers and you shouldnt have invested for a short term gain if thats what you were after. I intend to stay the course and possibly add to my holdings. My 2 bobs worth !..........if anything my sentiment below, would probably be buy......
