Its early so I guess I'm talking to myself ... but to explain my last whingeing and whining post ... it was intended to explain that there have been a lot of reasons for the fall .. and what I didn't say clearly was that only a few are down to HDR management (the placement and its timing, Guyane delays, and the allocation of placement funds to more and more new ventures). In the last 12 months there have been a plethora of bad news stories for HDR (add in the coup, PSC amendment dispute and resultant likley delays in a gas agreement) and very few good news stories to prop up sentiment.

I'll say it again in case Simon or Peter Thomas or Jill are listening ..... we need an unequivocal good news story from Uganda and we need it to be PROMOTED to the max!
