hdr should pull all fingers out to get good news on Uganda out...Chinq is out of their hands..wpl running the show how they when want to there!..Sure production will hopefully improve when wpl remedy the situation..hope the previous expert is on annual leave!..Meantime hdr should be showing how competant they are running 50% of the show in Uganda by getting the good info out on Uganda...and prove to the market that hdr can do something right!
