I'm 68 and own my own home plus three over-leveraged properties now rented by some in areas that may lose their jobs soon. I hope I can minimize the CGT implications before I become decrepit and my kids lose their jobs to overseas competitors cheaper currency production.
Just kidding. I'm 38 but it's fun to watch.
