There is only one real resistance at 24c which is the final sentiment turning point. I do not think there will be big dump at 17c, 18c 19c because serious investors have already accumulated plenty of chips and they will swallow the rest dumped from weak hands on the way up. Take a week time to test 24c level and scare those nervous hands, and then soar without a wink, without allowing you to catch up between 24 and 35, and eventually sitting above 40c.
