I guess that was one of OH's strengths with OXR - great PR skills / inspirational face. In retrospect some other shortcomings as a CEO though which have helped produce this rotten mess!
Sadly AM's face & style has the opposite effect on most people - not much inspiration just lots of bad news & seemingly endless pain!
In the end good PR can't hide a lack of performance though - news re Golden Grove cost reductions today appears to be helpful but again begs the question - why did it take so long?
