    IMO I cannot believe that ROC is this idiotic? I suspect that much of what is released is for the corrupt CNNOC listeners (CNNOC crooked as a two bob watch)

    China is very much a gamble in any investment, Look at Russia they seem to be a con game to gain finnance from the west then declear bankruptcy
