I agree its cheap... but if the whole TIVAN process blows up in their face its basically game over for me.
I wouldnt be borrowing money to top up an investment in a downward trend...

Right now this is a hold... because who knows where the bottom is... seems to drop 3-5% each day. Until we find some stability i wont be topping up...i thought 9 would hold which would have been my top up point. But now sub 9 i change to HOLD
