I think this AUZ has an excellent chance of securing funding for the Sconi project. The world is scrambling to secure nickel and cobalt especially through cleaner/greener (ESG) mines in safe tier 1 jurisdictions. To me it's a no brainer. Honestly, I took a position (after doing my own research, of course) mainly because of the blatant down ramping, that's not normal behaviour for most people and is a buy signal for me. I'm patiently waiting to see what happens. Good luck all!
