If they have already failed the financing for sconi, cr will be during this month. Their cash position is too bad now, And the company's public relation is poor. I estimate the cr will be 16c and they will try to keep the sp above 18c upto cr price announcement.
If they are successful in financing, there will be no cr until they are able to disclose the news. Then there will be cr after big pumping. The cr price will be higher. This is the time to exit with your profit when all the people are happy. This is just my opinion.
