IAM Weekly chart update, looking good for an entry at this level as it continues to bounce off the strong support base at 5.2c which was a previous resistance level prior to the big breakout to 9.5c

A bullish pattern here on the weekly chart with a Bullish Flag Formation developed, this is good and with recent trading making higher lows in the last 4 trading days which is also good, Volume has dropped off the last two weeks, this week only just starting, selling pressure has diminished and now just being accumulated on low volumes, a good sign here too.

The Flag pattern is really good, and gives a price target of 10.6c based on the pole length of the flag.

My last chart for the daily also noted a falling wedge pattern which is still very much in play, but the weekly is showing further strengthening signs which helps confirm the daily pattern, but gives a clearer overview of where things currently are.

The overall uptrend since the SRT days when SRT first announced the takeover of IAM is still very much in tact and trend here since the 1.5c levels.

MACD now becoming oversold and the share price has already started to reverse since the bounce off 5c 3 weeks ago and the slow push up, making higher lows each week.

This reversal will continue and the share price will slowly keep rising up, once more of these technical signals align with further confirmation the share price likely will be in the mid 6c level (where many will say I should have bought when it was the low 5c level, now's the chance.) Patrick Canion our Director bought at 6.2c 7 weeks ago now, here's the chance to buy nearly a whole cent cheaper than the director, not many times that chance comes on stocks.

With good flow of news still to come with Sentry Group, NAB trial update/progress and further clients signed, current lows present a great opportunity to buy.
