    Not at all sure if there is a difference but I read the Sentry ann as 'financing due diligence' not 'financing and due diligence'.

    The first I am hoping means financing is essentially approved subject to lender/investor due diligence of the transaction compared to a due diligence of Sentry/MHL and then sourcing finance as 2 separate issues.

    Anyone else have thoughts on this.
